Ussery earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. She went on to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on family nurse practitioner studies from Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia. For several years now, She has trained under the supervision of Dr. Crystal Nelson and have developed a passion for helping clients with their mental health and education. Ussery and her husband live with their 3 beautiful daughters and their terrier dog . Outside of Blueprint Psychiatry, Ussery enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She likes to be outdoors and may often be found gardening.
